√ If you made a mistake when selecting a service and completed the payment, please create a support ticket with the subject “Payment Error.” Our support team will review the request and, if valid, process the refund. A valid payment error would include selecting and paying for a different subscription length than intended (e.g., paying for a year when you meant to choose a 3-month service).
√ Refund requests will not be accepted if your account has been active for more than 7 days.
